Mercedes-Benz truck LO 2750 Clear Finish Version CMC M-171

Description
After overcoming the global economic crisis at the end of the 1920s, a new industrial awakening was evident everywhere. Daimler-Benz AG, with its commercial vehicle plant in Gaggenau, also developed new, innovative transport vehicles that impressed primarily with their cost-effectiveness and technical reliability. The introduction of diesel-powered trucks was considered a revolution in the truck market.
Have you always been curious about the materials used to make the high-quality CMC models?
With our unpainted, open-top LO 2750 flatbed truck, we once again prove that when we talk about high-quality materials, you can rely on finding them in your model. With a few exceptions, you're holding an all-metal model, crafted from die-cast zinc, stainless steel, real wood, leather, copper, and rubber for the tires. Only the engine is assembled predominantly from high-quality plastic parts.
In this way, a truck was created as a “clear finish” version that exudes a handcrafted, honest character and is, in its own way, a unique piece that no collection should be without.
To prevent patina or natural tarnishing, the metal surfaces were sealed with a clear varnish. Another example of exceptional car modeling craftsmanship.
