All models in the shop are new and in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated. If a collector's item is pre-owned, you'll find a note directly on the product page.
Unfortunately not. Due to limited quantities and high demand, reservations are not possible. Tip: Be quick!
If you can add it to your shopping cart in the shop, it's in stock. If a model is sold out, you can be notified on the product page when it becomes available again.
Shipping & Returns
Here you can find out how and when your model will arrive – and what to do if you want to return it.
Your model will usually ship within 1–2 business days. Please note: Since shipping is done by hand in the evenings, there may be occasional short delays – but you will be informed!
We ship safely and reliably with DHL – including tracking.
This is very rare, but if something does happen, please contact us directly. We'll work together to find a fair solution – exchange or return are no problem.
