1/18 Maserati 250F #32 Monaco GP "Fangio" #0852/2000 CMC M-101 - pre-owned
Description
Today I am offering the collection of a former CMC dealer and long-time collector of these beautiful models. Almost all of them are in mint condition in their original packaging with all accessories, as shown in my photos. If the model had leather straps to close the bonnets, these were never opened. In many cases, the security stickers are still present. Everything should be clearly visible in the photos. One or two original packaging may show signs of storage.
You will receive an invoice according to §25a UstG without showing the statutory value added tax for used goods.
Not suitable for children under 14 years. May contain small and pointed parts.
Maserati 250F #32 Monaco GP "Fangio", 1957
In 1957, Maserati was at the peak of its racing development. After Juan Manuel Fangio returned to the Maserati factory team, he won numerous Grand Prix races in his Maserati 250 F (lightweight construction) and celebrated his fifth Grand Prix World Championship at the end of the season.
Already in the first race of the Formula 1 World Championship at the Monaco Grand Prix on May 19, 1957, Juan Manuel Fangio entered the winners' list as the winner.
After an initially dramatic race with many position changes and some car spins involving the Lancia / Ferrari drivers and the British Vanwall bolides, Fangio, with start number 32, was able to pull away more and more from the field and head for an unchallenged victory. The British racing driver Tony Brooks finished second in a Vanwall.
