Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic 1938 (black) CMC M-085

Description
An Art Deco classic
Chassis No. 57,591
You probably already know our sapphire blue painted Atlantic miniature, which we modeled after its first owner, the English businessman RB Pope from 1938 (item no. M-083).
After several changes of ownership, the same car became the property of American fashion designer Ralph Lauren of New York at the end of the 1980s. He had the car extensively restored and gave it a jet-black paint job, complete with a matching black interior. The wire wheels were covered with pleasing hubcaps.
We have meticulously recreated this vehicle, which has since earned the "Best of Show" award as a Pebble Beach winner, in its current appearance. Our model impresses with its brilliantly glossy paintwork and a multitude of intricate details and functional components.
