Bugatti T35 Nation Color Project - Switzerland #8 LE 300 pcs.
For Ettore Bugatti, building cars was a matter of perfection, or in other words, an art form that aimed to "design in beauty". The Type 35 marked the beginning of a period of approximately seven years during which the Bugatti brand dominated motorsports. With our "Nation Colour Project", we want to bring the colourful racing car scene of the 1920s and 1930s into your living room. According to the Grand Prix regulations, national colours were mandatory for the eligible racing cars of each country. The model presented here represents the country-specific racing car livery of Chile.

History:
Special feature: Specially manufactured body screws made of metal with Bugatti-specific shaping. All screws elaborately and faithfully secured with fine stainless steel wire.
In 1906, motorsports-enthusiastic France organised the first "Grand Prix" competition. After the end of the First World War, other countries also started holding "Grand Prix" races, with the French-coined term "Grand Prix" becoming increasingly popular and quickly accepted worldwide as a catchy synonym for the emerging international racing sport. The contemporary old black and white photos unfortunately do not convey how colourful the racing cars of the 1920s and 1930s once looked. National colours were now mandatory for each country. In this way, colourfully painted racing cars gathered at every Grand Prix.
CMC would therefore like to show you, using a basic model of the Bugatti T35 Grand Prix, which significantly dominated the racing scene of that time, the variety of country-specific racing colours that could be found on the race track. For this purpose, we have launched our "Nation Colour Project".
Each model in this series is limited, with the worldwide limitation quantity varying depending on the model. For the initial launch, we selected the countries Great Britain, Spain, and Poland. You will receive a highly detailed precision replica, where the country-specific livery is naturally the focus.
Note: The appearance of the model, as well as the lettering design (starting numbers), do not claim historical authenticity and cannot be attributed to any specific racing event or driver personality.
Look forward to a model series that is unique in this form.
