  • Authentic and scale-like bodywork with brilliant paintwork
  • A glimpse under the hood reveals a highly detailed six-cylinder V-engine with a transmission. The metal rear axle drive shafts with functional universal joints are driven by the rolling of the rear wheels. The rotational movement is impressively transferred to the perforated clutch bell, which rotates synchronously.
  • Noteworthy are the handcrafted, removable spoked wheels, the detailed wheel suspension, and the precisely reproduced shock absorbers with coil springs. Another special highlight is the metal brake unit, which consists of a precisely formed brake caliper and a brake disc with cooling air holes.
Description of the original vehicle: Rarely has a racing car caused more of a stir and left more indelible marks than the legendary Ferrari 156 F1, of which not a single original vehicle still exists today.

Its nickname "Sharknose" refers to its characteristic oval cooling vents in the bow.
Famous drivers celebrated their great successes in this first mid-engined racing car from Maranello. Wolfgang Graf Berghe von Trips was the first German Formula 1 driver to win a Grand Prix after World War II and was also the first German to be accepted into the Scuderia team. Phil Hill, driving the Sharknose, became the first American to win the Formula 1 World Championship in 1961.
